HOW IT WORKS:

Our Behaviour Analyst (BA)

  • Conducts assessments and analysis, prepares and provides a comprehensive program design. The BA also oversees program implementation and monitoring, adjusting program implementation strategies according to outcomes. The BA also gives final review/recommendations before discharging the family. Time is allocated for research as required for complex interventions.

Our Behaviour Consultant

  • Conducts the orientation to the program and Family Ecology Assessment, builds a working relationship with the family, prepares implementation checklists and materials and report summaries. They also collaborate with families on priorities and design adjustments, teach and coach implementation and generalization strategies, teach alternative replacement behaviours to the child/youth. They play a key role ensuring consistency in program implementation and maintenance.
Your Behaviour Interventionist
  • Can be supervised by our Behaviour Analyst.  This service is for families with children and youth between 6-19 who already have a BI working with their family.  Our Behaviour Analyst can complete the necessary assessments in collaboration with individuals and families goals and priorities for functional skill and communication development.  Families can hire and pay their BI’s privately while our Behaviour Analyst monitors the fidelity and outcomes of the interventions.

SERVICE STRUCTURE MODELS:

  • Model 1: Service Structure for Fee-for-Service 80-hour model. This is recommended for families able to implement intervention strategies in a short amount of time, and for smaller/short term attainable goals.
  • Model 2: Service Structure Fee-for-Service 120-hour model. This is recommended for families with more complex needs for short and long term attainable goals.
  • Model 3: Continuing service from our MCFD program service. For families who are wanting to continue with PBS services, monitoring outcomes and developing new programming in relation to individuals’ and families goals and vision.
  • Model 4: Designing and overseeing your Behaviour Intervention programming.  This is recommended for families with BI’s who are not yet supervised by a Behaviour Analyst, and who are wanting to increase their child’s functional and communication skills.
