Emotional Eating Group for Women
Emotional eating is a common response to many emotions connected to trauma. Sources Trauma Counselling Program presents this 8-week group for women who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault and/or relationship abuse.
In this group you will have an opportunity to explore the connections between emotions and eating, identify your triggers for eating, and learn new coping strategies. This is an educational, skill-building group. The facilitator will be Vicky Pewtress, M.Ed.
