SMART Recovery Group – WED & SAT ONLY

The SMART Recovery Group offered by Sources Substance Use Services will no longer be occuring on Mondays, but will continue to be offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

This Group focuses on Self-Management for Addiction Recovery. The purpose is to support individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence, from any type of addictive behaviour, (substances or activities), by teaching how to change self-defeating thinking, emotions and actions, and to work towards long-term satisfactions and quality of life.

The Group takes place Wednesdays 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Sources Peace Arch Resource Centre (882 Maple St. White Rock).
