Trauma Counselling Group: Anger, Boundaries, and Communication

Sources Trauma Counselling Program‘s Anger, Boundaries, and Communication group is running from January 29 – March 11, 2020.

Defining boundaries and applying them can be confusing, especially when there have been controlling people in your life for a long period of time. This group may help you in:

  • recognizing and applying boundaries
  • working with anger
  • communication skills
  • connecting with self-worth

There are 8 sessions, running from Wednesday, January 29 to Wednesday, March 11, with one session on Monday, February 10. Sessions are from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Sources Women’s Place (15318 20th Ave, Surrey).
