Mindful Meditation ~ Weekly Online Group

Once again, SOURCES is pleased to offer an ongoing weekly group to the community: Mindful Meditation. Online participants will be led through a variety of guided meditations and mindfulness practices to promote serenity and stress resilience.

Mindful meditation enhances character strengths that are vital for personal development and growth, such as self-regulation, social/emotional intelligence, curiosity and kindness.

Beginning August 13, 2020, sessions take place Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. via Zoom. This ongoing weekly group is open to anyone – professionals, community members, parents, youth, teachers, human beings. There are no expectations of any personal information or disclosure. This is simply an opportunity to engage and practice cultivating a capacity for attending to present moment experience.

Participants do not need to be experiencing any kind of difficulty or to be affiliated with any service in order to be involved. No geographical boundaries, no prior experience required, no need to register and no cost. We would just ask that participants be online prior to 3:30 p.m. so as not to disrupt the serenity of the session.
