This Spring, SOURCES’ Trauma Counselling Program invites you to join a unique 8-week online group to learn mindfulness tools!

Learn how to:

  • Use mindfulness as a self-care tool
  • Mindful eating
  • Mindful movement
  • Mandela drawing & more!

Date: May 7 to June 25, 2021 (every Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm)

Where: This group will be held via Zoom

Cost: $50 for eight (8) sessions
