The Empowered for Employment – Skills for Today’s Workplace program is a free program for survivors of violence and/or abuse to gain skills training and find employment.

We can help with:

  • Employment search support
  • Career planning
  • Occupational skills training
  • Placement services

Who is eligible?

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Resident of B.C.
  • Not a full-time student

*Participants are eligible for completion bonus and employment outcome incentives up to $850, as well as dependent care support.
