In South Surrey/White Rock, too many experience homelessness, mental‑health challenges, or substance use. They’re left navigating a system that is confusing, fragmented, and difficult to access. For people without stable housing, many carrying trauma or untreated health conditions. Asking for help ends up feeling impossible.
Sources System Navigation Outreach Team changes that. Each day, our trained navigators meet people where they are – in encampments, on the street, in hospital, or in crisis. We provide compassionate support and clear pathways to services that would otherwise remain out of reach. Our outreach team connects with individuals by building trust through their own shared experiences with past struggles.
