Peer Support Program

This program offers emotional and hands-on support to those with mental health/substance use issues. Our Peer Support Workers have lived or living experiences and provide harm reduction care with compassion and empathy.


  • Drop-in services (no registration required)
  • Outreach services
  • Referrals to health services (ie. Mental health and substance use services)
  • Harm-reduction supplies
  • Takeaway food bags and other supplies
  • Self-advocacy

If you have lived or living experience and would like to help others in need, consider joining our Peer Support Team. You can be compensated by an honorarium and have access to peer educational opportunities, workshops and conferences.
