Our Services
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a powerful way to make lasting change in the lives of the children in the community. Our aim is to give every child in the community an equal chance for a brighter future.
We do this by providing every child with a free, home-delivered book every month from birth until they turn the age of five. Each book is carefully selected for high-quality, age-appropriateness that will bring the magic of reading to a child’s home.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library helps Canadian children gain the skills they need to start school ready to read. It encourages reading and bonding between the child and his/her family and caregivers. The single most important activity for building eventual success in reading is reading aloud to children and to start early. Learn more about this global book gifting program here.

Your child is eligible if s/he:
- Lives in Surrey or White Rock
- Is between the age of 0 – 4
