Julie Snowden is a dedicated and experienced child development leader with over two decades of service in early childhood education and family support. Prior to 2025, she was Manager of Child Development at our Oceanside Resource Centre in Parksville. In this role, she oversaw multidisciplinary teams across Parksville and Surrey, championing inclusive, culturally safe, and community-driven early intervention programs. She was previously an Infant Development Consultant at Family Resource Association and started her career as a business owner and operator at Julie’s House Family Child Care Centre. With a master’s in special education and a passion for reconciliation and diversity advocacy, Julie is recognized for her strategic leadership, commitment to professional development, and her ability to inspire collaboration that creates lasting impact for children and families.
