Our Services
Sources Specialized Employment Services offers support to individuals on a person-by-person basis and assists them to find and retain work in the labour market. We offer a full range of employment services, including self-employment, customized employment and supported employment.
We engage you, the job seeker, in person-centred planning during the entire employment process. This ensures the action pathway and outcome of securing employment is tailored to your own skills and interests.
As a job seeker, you will have access to a variety of employment-ready workshops, including Resume Workshops, Interview practice, Driver’s License preparation, etc. Workshops are held on appointment basis, either virtually or in office. To maximize chances of success, job seekers are encouraged to attend workshops relevant to them.
This is a CLBC contracted service.
