Sources Housing Support Services and Community Assistance Programs are organizing the 14th Annual Homelessness Awareness March during Homelessness Action Week. The March will take place at Sources Newton Resource Centre (#102 – 13771 72A Ave. , Surrey) on Friday, October 18, 2019.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate. From October 7 to 13, cities across the Lower Mainland honoured Homelessness Action Week (HAW). From October 8 to 14, 2017, communities across Metro Vancouver recognized Homelessness Action Week (HAW). Through campaigns and rallies, the initiative sought to bring public awareness and solutions to the widespread issue of homelessness. In concluding and preserving the spirit of HAW, Sources Advocacy hosted their 12th Annual Homelessness Awareness March at Sources Newton Resource Centre on Friday, October 13.
