Veteran’s Mental Health Counselling Program
Our Services
Sources offers free, trauma-informed individual counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor for former Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP members who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
Counselling can help with:
- Depression and anxiety
- Trauma-related symptoms
- Difficulty managing emotions
- Relationship challenges
Program details:
- For adults aged 20 and older
- Available in Nanaimo and Oceanside
- Up to 15 sessions, every two weeks or monthly
- Free of cost and easy to access
We also help individuals connect with housing, health, food, crisis support and other community resources.
