Amanda McNally brings a deep commitment to strengthening communities and a career devoted to the not-for-profit sector. With extensive experience guiding mission-driven organizations, she is recognized for her collaborative approach, strategic vision, and passion for creating meaningful community impact.Prior to joining SOURCES, Amanda served as Executive Director of Peace Arch Hospice Society for nearly six years, supporting the South Surrey and White Rock community. Earlier in her career, she spent 10 years with the Canadian Cancer Society in roles focused on program strategy, fundraising, and community engagement.
Amanda is known for building strong relationships, inspiring high-performing teams, and advancing strategic priorities that strengthen organizational sustainability while improving outcomes for the communities served. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying actively involved in the community. You can often find her supporting local events or cheering on her teenage children from the sidelines at a hockey game or gymnastics competition. |
