Christine leads a portfolio of 13 Community Living programs supporting adults with developmental disabilities and/or autism. With nearly two decades at SOURCES, Christine has progressed from frontline residential services to executive leadership, bringing extensive experience in person-centred care, operations, team development, and community partnerships.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, Christine began her career in residential care and quickly found her niche working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities. Building on earlier experience in retail management, she was drawn back to leadership, where she could combine her commitment to service with her passion for mentoring and supporting others. Christine is known for her thoughtful, collaborative leadership and her dedication to building strong teams and high-quality services. Outside of work, she enjoys home décor, travel, and spending time with family and friends. Her love of design and decor has also inspired her involvement with our signature event since its early years. |
