Kelly is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Community Living Services at SOURCES. Born in Vancouver and raised in South Surrey/White Rock, she holds a BA in Clinical Psychology as well as an MA in Leadership and Training. Before joining SOURCES (then Peace Arch Community Services) in 1994, Kelly worked with children with disabilities. While looking to work in a field where she would experience the intrinsic rewards of working for the betterment of the people and the community, she came across SOURCES. She started at SOURCES in one of our Community Living residential programs and eventually moved in to the managerial position. From there, Kelly continued to grow becoming our first Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator and later became the Director of Professional Services before settling in to her current positions.

In Kelly’s free time she enjoys spending time with her animals. She has three horses (including two miniatures!), two dogs (both trained in agility and scent detection) and a cat. Kelly schedules time every year to conduct research to determine the most beautiful and relaxing beach in the world.
