George Passmore

Executive Director of Community Services

George Passmore is the Executive Director of Community Services overseeing Substance Use Services, Counselling, Child and Family Services, Youth Services including Foundry, Overdose Prevention and Peer Support. He has been the organization since 2010 was previously Manager of Counselling and Substance Use services. He is the Co-Chair of the Tides of Change Community Action Team in White Rock/South Surrey and Co-Producer of two videos which can be found on YouTube – Building Hope: Substance Use and the Trades and Moments to Milestones focusing on First Responders’ role in engaging people who use substances.
