- Step-by-step guidance for refugee claim applications
- Help filling out immigration forms, including the Basis of Claim (BOC)
- Assistance applying for Legal Aid BC and connecting with refugee lawyers
- Support using the IRCC Portal for online submissions
- Referrals to trusted community and legal services
- Help preparing for hearings at the Refugee Protection Division (RPD)
- Information and application Support on income assistance, health coverage (IFHP), and housing
