FASD Key Worker – South Surrey/White Rock
Our Services
The Key Worker Program provides support to families of children and youth under the age 19 with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) or children who are at risk for FASD.
Sources provides an FASD Key Worker for the South Surrey/White Rock area which is funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD).
Our FASD Key Worker can travel to the family home and liaise with schools as well as other supports within the community. Our program uses the positive behaviour support model to work with families to address challenges, access resources, teach skills and ensure families have an ongoing network of support.
This program receives funding from the Ministry of Children and Family Development.
