Seniors ID Clinic in Newton
SOURCES is running a Seniors ID Clinic on October 30, 2018 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at its Newton Resource Centre (#102 – 13771 72A Ave. Surrey). The ID Clinic is available for anyone who is low-income and 55+ years old.
Done in partnership with Seniors Come Share Society’s Mobile Community Care for Seniors initiative, the ID Clinic strives to help low-income seniors to obtain proper identification, so that they can access secure living conditions, financial benefits, food security, medical care and other services.
Similar clinics have been held in North Surrey and Cloverdale, and this is the first time they have provided this clinic in Newton.
The Seniors ID Clinic is on a first come – first served basis and will be able to serve up to 15 people.
