Leading with Fortitude: How to make progress in the face of human complexity
The greatest impact a leader can have is in people and in what people think and feel and do. Leading people is a high calling—but it is a challenging calling. People are wonderfully, and sometimes agonizingly, complex. Causing growth in people and communities of people is not always simple or swift.
This keynote will focus on the opportunities and challenges of making real, durable, and meaningful progress in people and communities. We will explore the attribute of fortitude and seek to understand how fortitude in leadership creates the necessary conditions for lasting change.
We welcome registrants to invite a friend or family member for an evening of entertainment, light refreshments, meaningful dialogue, and observing our accomplishments over the last year.
