Mindful Pause – Weekly Drop-In Group

SOURCES is pleased to announce a new offering to the community: Mindful Pause, an ongoing weekly group. Attendees will be led through a variety of guided meditations, mindfulness practices and yoga to promote serenity and stress resilience.

A Mindful Pause practice enhances character strengths that are vital for personal development and growth, such as self-regulation, social/emotional intelligence, curiosity, and kindness.

Sessions take place Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Sources Peace Arch Resource Centre (882 Maple St. White Rock). This ongoing weekly group is open to anyone – professionals, community members, parents, youth, teachers, human beings. No geographical boundaries, no prior experience required, no need to register, and no cost to drop in.

We would just ask that attendees arrive prior to 3:30 p.m. so as not to disrupt the serenity of the session.
