Happy National Volunteer Week!

Dear Volunteers:
Your positive attitudes, unique perspectives and strong work ethic add so much value to SOURCES.
With your help, thousands of people who rely on SOURCES receive the support they need to live healthier and fuller lives. At a higher level, food waste is reduced – stress is lighter – community is stronger. By volunteering, you are making a difference. Whether you are engaging in fundraising activities, delivering food services, completing incomes taxes, driving seniors to healthcare appointments, providing peer support to women and their families, providing oversight on our Board of Directors, or another volunteer function, know that your contributions are an integral part of our organization’s work to promote social wellness for our community.
There is not a single community engagement activity that has not required support from our volunteers – you can always be relied on and always show up! You bring your skills and your hearts with you and connect with others with respect and kindness. We are proud to have you on our team and everything that we do, we do because of you.
THANK YOU!
From all of us at

The theme for National Volunteer Week 2021 is,  “The Value of One, The Power of Many.”

SOURCES is grateful to be supported by approximately 300 amazing volunteers!

#VolunteersBringChange in many ways. Throughout the week (April 18-24), we will posting on social media what this year’s theme means to us and how your contributions make a positive impact in our community.
