Trauma Counselling Services – Anger, Boundaries and Communication Group
Starting July 8, 2021, SOURCES’ Trauma Counselling Program is running a unique eight-session group for individuals that have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault, and/or interpersonal violence.
Defining boundaries and applying them can be confusing and difficult, this group aims to help you:
- Recognize & apply boundaries
- Work with anger
- Increase communication skills
- Connect with self-worth
This group and our services are open to those who identify as women, including cis, transgender, Two-Spirit, and non-binary who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault, and/or intimate partner abuse.
Date: July 8 to August 26 (from 9:30 am to 11:30 am)
Where: This group will be held via Zoom
Cost: $40 for eight (8) sessions
