Volunteer Opportunities

It’s cold out there. Sources is participating once again in the Coldest Night of the Year! Join us in person on February 28, 2026 for a winterrific family-friendly fundraising walk in support of our community. The Coldest Night of the Year is a 2 km and 5 km winter walk that happens in more than 100 communities across Canada, giving participants the opportunity to experience a small glimpse of the challenges faced by people who are homeless, hungry, or hurting during cold Canadian nights.

This year, we aim to raise $3,000,000 to support our mission of helping those in need. Together, we can provide essential resources like food, clothing, and shelter to individuals and families facing tough times.

We are looking for more than 30 volunteers to help with route marshalling, welcoming, registration, and cheering people on to go beyond our fundraising goal once again.
