Online Trauma Counselling Sessions

You can’t drink from an empty cup. Fill yourself up. You’re worth it!

Join us for an eight-session online coping skills workshop for those who have experienced trauma, sexual assault and/or relationship abuse. Open to those who identify as women including CIS, trans, two-spirit and non-binary. Learn tools that will help you:

  • Cope with everyday stressful situations
  • Use self-care strategies
  • Manage big emotions
  • Take advantage of the benefits of mindfulness
  • Manage anger and boundaries

WHEN: Thursdays, beginning January 14th, 2021 to March 4th, 2021.

TIME: 9:30 am – 11:30 am. An optional social time will be offered from 11:30 am until noon, after each session

HOW: Offered via Microsoft Teams online (Internet connection and laptop, desktop computer or cellphone required).*

FEE: CAD $40 for all sessions payable by credit card over the phone, EFT or cash.
