Register for our Trauma Counselling Program’ s eight-week online group on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) starting January 26, 2022. This program is for people who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault and/or relationship abuse. This group and our services are open to people of all marginalized genders including women (cis and trans), two-spirit, trans,  and non-binary people.
The Empowered for Employment department at SOURCES offers support for you to obtain the skills needed to get you working!  We believe that each individual has the capacity to thrive in the workforce and we strive to empower community members to achieve employment and independence and participate in their broader communities, realizing healthier and happier lives. All programs are currently offered virtually. Â
Fraser Health has opened a new overdose prevention site (OPS) in White Rock, named Peace Point, that will help support people in South Surrey and White Rock who use substances and connect them with the health services they need. Sources Community Resources Society, which has delivered Substance Use Services in the community for decades, will oversee the OPS. Overdose prevention sites aim to prevent drug overdoses and overdose deaths, and reduce the adverse health, social and economic consequences associated with substance use.
The Sources Foundation’ s major fundraising event is happening this weekend!  “ Run for the Roses Redux, ”  co-presented by Save-On-Foods and Scotiabank,  will be our first hybrid gala, hosted in-person at Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club and virtually, on Saturday November 6, 2021.

On September 30, 2021, SOURCES offices will be closed as we observe the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This day commemorates the history and ongoing trauma caused by residential schools and honours those who were lost, the survivors, their families and communities.
