On September 15, fuel up at the Prince George Co-op Gas Bar and $0. 10 per litre will be given back to our organization for those in need. Need a coffee or a slushy? We’ ll get $1 each from those, too. Don’ t forget to head inside for store specials that will also give us $1 back as well.

For the past 31 years, the Semiahmoo Rotary Charity Golf Tournament has raised more than $1. 4 million to fund many community projects. Normally held in June, this year’s golf tournament has been postponed until Tuesday, September 08 and modified for Covid-19 safety. “Although this event was at risk of being cancelled earlier this year, the incredible news is that it’s now sold out with 144 golfers attending and, for the first time ever, there are two ways in which members of the public can participate and support their community at the same time, ” explains David Young, CEO of SOURCES.

Keep your golf swing in good shape because the Semiahmoo Rotary Club’ s 31st Annual Charity Golf Tournament is a GO! For the third year in a row, the fundraising sporting event will benefit SOURCES. Proceeds will be directed to the community-based non-profit organization’ s Comfort and Care during COVID-19 response fund.

It’s Cold Out There! SOURCES is hosting the 7th Annual Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) in White Rock on Saturday, February 22, 2020.  This event is a fun, family-friendly winter walk that happens in 136 communities across Canada on the same day. It allows participants to experience a hint of the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness during winter, as well as raise money to help those people.

Sources Housing Support Services and Community Assistance Programs are organizing the 14th Annual Homelessness Awareness March during Homelessness Action Week. The March will take place at Sources Newton Resource Centre (#102 – 13771 72A Ave. , Surrey) on Friday, October 18, 2019.  Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.
